Alex is one of the younger members of the squad and along with his brother Danny has graduated from the under 18-s and Reserves. Since joining the first team he has acquired a vast amount of starting appearances for someone so young.

Alex is a tall, composed footballer with a good left foot. A lot of what Alex does goes unnoticed because he does the simple things in the game well.

Nicknamed -Rodders- for his similar appearance to Only Fools and Horses Rodney Trotter.
